The Opportunity:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving visibility, engagement, and conversion through performance-based marketing strategies. You’ll bring creativity, analytical thinking, and marketing expertise to every campaign, and play an integral role in shaping our message.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Planning and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, Email, and Content channels.
  • Crafting compelling messaging through strong storytelling and persuasive copywriting.
  • Optimizing lead generation funnels and marketing content to improve overall conversion rates.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and using insights to make data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with our development and UX teams to ensure messaging is aligned and effective.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing across various channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, Email, Content).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable using marketing platforms and tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strategic mindset with a solid understanding of B2B pipelines, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Highly self-motivated—takes initiative and doesn’t wait for instructions.
  • Previous experience working with B2B and/or technology-focused companies is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Continuously test and optimize content and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to refine strategies and increase engagement and conversions.
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with UX and development goals.
  • Contribute ideas and take ownership of your projects from start to finish.

Must Have:

  • Solid track record in digital marketing with a focus on performance and results.
  • Experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • A good eye for storytelling and persuasive ad copywriting.
  • Proactive mindset—you’re not afraid to share ideas and take initiative.
  • Experience with lead generation and nurturing in a B2B context.


Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience with SaaS or tech startups.
  • Experience running campaigns in international markets.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools or email marketing platforms.
  • Any creative/design skills (even basic!) are a bonus.
