Are you exceptionally organized and proactive, with a passion for keeping processes smooth and efficient? We’re looking for a Freelance Admin Specialist to support our team with lead generation, CRM management, light customer communications, and other operational tasks. This remote freelance position starts with a specific project and may evolve into ongoing collaboration.
The Opportunity:
As an Admin Specialist, you’ll work with digital tools like Apollo.io and CRM systems to identify B2B opportunities, support internal workflows, and maintain the accuracy of vital data. You’ll be a behind-the-scenes powerhouse, ensuring that outreach, support, and admin systems move forward seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating and qualifying B2B leads via Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
- Conducting outreach research to identify companies, contacts, and decision-makers.
- Updating, cleaning, and enriching CRM records.
- Supporting email communications and handling basic customer support tasks.
- Assisting with general documentation and ad-hoc internal support projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience using Apollo.io or equivalent lead gen tools.
- Comfort working within CRMs to manage and structure information.
- Clear, professional written communication with a customer-centric tone.
- High attention to detail and extremely organized work style.
- A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be asked; you take initiative.
- Comfortable working independently and flexibly as part of a remote team.
- Fast learner who thrives with digital tools and back-end operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads aligned with business goals
- Maintain CRM hygiene: clean data, add missing insights, flag duplicates
- Handle general admin duties, documentation tasks, and special ad-hoc projects
- Coordinate with team members to keep internal processes moving efficiently
Must Have
- Experience with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Excellent documentation and data tracking skills
- Perfect written English
- Highly self-motivated and independent worker
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Odoo, HubSpot or Salesforce
Nice to have
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, media, or telecom industries
- Additional languages
- Previous experience in lead generation, admin coordination.
- Experience using support software or ticketing systems.
